Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility and Driver Requirements
- The renter must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license issued in the United States or internationally recognized.
- Only drivers listed and approved in the rental agreement are permitted to operate the vehicle.
- The renter agrees to provide valid identification and proof of insurance if requested.
Unauthorized drivers operating the vehicle constitute a violation of this agreement.
2. Reservation and Payment
- A 50% reservation deposit may be required to confirm all bookings for first-time customers.
- Payments may be accepted through approved methods including:
- Credit/Debit Card
- Zelle
- Other approved electronic payment methods
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the reservation.
3. Security Deposit
- A refundable security deposit may be required for all rentals.
- The deposit is held to cover potential:
- Damage to the vehicle
- Excessive cleaning
- Traffic violations
- Toll charges
- Late return penalties
- Deposits are typically released within 3–7 business days after the rental ends, provided no additional charges apply.
4. Vehicle Condition and Inspection
- The renter acknowledges that the vehicle is received in clean and safe operating condition.
- A pre-rental inspection with photos may be documented.
- The renter agrees to return the vehicle in the same condition, excluding normal wear and tear.
Failure to report vehicle issues at pickup constitutes acceptance of vehicle condition.
5. Permitted Use of Vehicle
The renter agrees to operate the vehicle responsibly and in accordance with all laws.
The vehicle may NOT be used for:
• Off-road driving
• Racing or speed testing
• Towing other vehicles or trailers unless approved
• Transporting hazardous materials
• Ride-sharing or delivery services without approval
• Illegal activities
• Driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Violation may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.\
6. Unauthorized Drivers
Only drivers listed on the rental agreement may operate the vehicle.
If an unauthorized driver operates the vehicle, the renter assumes full liability for:
• All damages
• Insurance denial claims
• Legal penalties
7. Fuel Policy
- Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup.
- If returned with less fuel, refueling will be charged at market rate plus a service fee.
8. Late Returns
Vehicles must be returned at the agreed return time.
Late returns may result in:
• Additional rental charges
• Late return penalty fees
• Possible vehicle recovery procedures
Vehicles not returned within 24 hours of the scheduled return time without communication may be considered unauthorized use and reported accordingly.
9. Traffic Violations, Tolls, and Citations
The renter is responsible for all traffic violations incurred during the rental period, including:
• Toll charges
• Parking tickets
• Traffic camera violations
• Speeding citations
The renter authorizes the rental company to charge the payment method on file for up to 60 days after the rental period to cover such costs and processing fees.
10. Smoking and Cleaning Policy
Smoking or vaping inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
Violations may result in a cleaning fee of up to $250.
Excessive dirt, stains, pet hair, or odors requiring professional cleaning may also result in additional cleaning charges.
11. Accidents and Damage
In the event of an accident or damage:
- The renter must notify the rental company immediately.
- A police report must be filed for accidents involving other parties.
- The renter must provide photos and incident details.
The renter may be responsible for damages not covered by insurance.
12. Vehicle Tracking
For security and theft prevention, rental vehicles may be equipped with GPS tracking systems.
The renter acknowledges and consents to the use of tracking technology.
13. Insurance Responsibility
The renter is responsible for ensuring that they are covered by personal auto insurance or supplemental rental coverage during the rental period.
The rental company does not guarantee coverage for damages or liability.
14. Vehicle Recovery and Conversion
Failure to return the vehicle at the agreed time or use of the vehicle outside the terms of this agreement may be considered vehicle conversion or unauthorized use.
The rental company reserves the right to:
• Recover the vehicle
• Report the vehicle as stolen
• Pursue legal remedies
15. Limitation of Liability
The rental company is not responsible for:
• Personal property left in the vehicle
• Loss of business or travel interruptions
• Indirect damages resulting from vehicle malfunction
16. Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be canceled under the following conditions:
• More than 48 hours before rental — partial refund possible
• Less than 48 hours before rental — deposit may be forfeited
Policies may vary depending on booking terms.
17. Agreement Acceptance
By signing the rental agreement, the renter confirms that they:
• Have read and understood these Terms and Conditions
• Agree to comply with all provisions
• Accept financial responsibility for violations or damages
